Days Mark is an app for keeping anniversaries, birthdays and other dates that matter. Our principle is simple: what you record belongs to you. We do not collect, upload or sell any personal data, and we run no server that receives user data.

1. What we don't collect

2. The days you record

The days you add — title, date, Gregorian or lunar calendar, repeat rule, note, tags, icon colour and reminder settings — are stored on your device.

If iCloud sync is enabled in the app and your device is signed in to iCloud, this content is stored in the private iCloud database of your own Apple Account so it can sync between your devices. Apple holds that data under its own privacy policy; the developer cannot see or access it.

3. Preferences on your device

Preferences such as how lunar dates are written are stored locally (UserDefaults), read only by the app, and never leave the device.

4. Reminders

Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device; no server is involved. The app sends notifications only with your permission, and you can turn them off at any time in Settings → Notifications → Days Mark.

5. Trial and purchase

The 90-day trial and the full version are both handled by the Apple App Store. Payment details are processed only by Apple and are never available to us; the app reads the purchase status provided by the App Store, on your device, to decide what is unlocked.

6. Deleting your data

7. Children's privacy

The app collects no personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date on this page and, where appropriate, mention it in the app's release notes.

9. Contact

For any privacy question, visit the support page or use the developer contact on the Days Mark App Store page.
